Thank you for shopping with Beterdy. We take pride in offering unique, high-quality fashion products crafted by independent designers. Each item undergoes rigorous quality checks before shipping to ensure your satisfaction.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within ​30 days of delivery​ for a full refund.

​2. Eligibility & Conditions​

​✅ Eligible Items

• Unworn and unwashed items in their original condition (with tags and packaging intact).
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are exempt.
• The original shipping fee and return shipping fee are non-refundable.

​⚠️ Exceptions

If you receive a ​defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at support@beterdy.com within ​24 hours​ of delivery. Include photos of the issue for prompt resolution.

​3. Return Process​

Step 1:​ Contact Us
Email support@beterdy.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Step 3:​ Ship Your Return

• Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
• Include the order confirmation or return form.
• ​Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4:​ Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued within ​1 business day​ after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

​4. Refund Timelines​

• ​Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days (processing time depends on your bank).
• ​PayPal: 3–7 business days.

​5. Exchanges​

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

1. Return the original item for a refund.
2. Place a new order for the desired item.

​6. Order Cancellations​

• Cancel within ​24 hours​ of purchase for a full refund.
• Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

​7. Important Notes​

• ​Pre-Shipment Cancellations: Contact us immediately at support@beterdy.com.
• ​COD Returns: We do not accept returns shipped via "Cash on Delivery" services.
• ​Lost Packages: Beterdy is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit. We recommend using tracked shipping.
